LOTS of talk about the reasons behind on CNBC this morning: whether it's lack of opportunity or it's people reluctant to return to the workforce

either because of anxiety or lack of financial incentive.
It's rather fascinating since the treatment for one would just exacerbate the other. Kind of like treatment for ischemic stroke vs. hemorrhage stroke.
