His daughter, who just graduated from college in December had been very involved in the social justice movement of the last couple of years and the democratic party has drafted her to run for state delegate from the HD-56 district. She stands almost no chance of winning. It's a solidly red district where the delegate has often run unopposed. They didn't want him to be unopposed this time. Not sure if you fall in the district, but thought it might interest you. Here's a link to her Virginia Grassroots page.
