There's definitely some that are not going to take some low paying job just to go back to work when UI is giving them more. My friend is one.

But I think it says more about what these businesses think their workers are worth than it does about anything else.
The US workforce has been underpaid and undervalued while increasing their production(not the word I'm looking for but it'll have to do)
