It was being used for students or something - no one cleaned their bedrooms, the floors needed to be gutted and redone, the interior had too many separate rooms, the garage was probably illegal, etc. And it needed a new roof.

The backyard was big, there was a swath of unused land (not part of the property) on one side, and when we arrived there were two deer in the backyard that I got some video of.

The place is a giant NO from us, but the right person could invest 75k and make back 200k+ in six months.
