Obviously, since Disney is continuing to employ the Premiere Access model, it's either working well, or has the potential to work well in the future.
If I had to guess, I'd say they probably sold between 1 million and 3 million instances of Raya and the Lost Dragon. If it's 3 million, that's $90 million total, and the project is probably profitable now. If it's 1 million, Raya (with a $100 million+ budget and marketing) has probably lost them a little money. But really, we don't know, and that's by design from Disney.
I don't think Disney is swimming in Scrooge McDuck piles of money like SITV seems to indicate. It's the proof of concept that Mulan wasn't, but Disney could be banking more on potential than actual profit here.
