"Why are you wearing a mask?" shouldn't be the norm.
"Why AREN'T you wearing a mask?" should.
The recommendation should still be to wear a mask because there are people that haven't been vaccinated (and can't be because it either hasn't been approved - children - or isn't available where they're at/from).
Until EVERYONE has the ability to be vaccinated, and EVERYONE has made their choice, the message should continue to be "wear a mask to help minimize any spread or outbreaks."
