They are literally targeting recent widows, who never had to deal with bill paying, it doesn't matter how many millions of phone calls/emails

there's at least a dozen fresh victims every day.
they get you talking, schmooze you up, talking about how you sound just like their dear old mom/grandma.
they agree to help you just log in to their system which lets them take over your computer.
the show you a screen that shows OMG I made a big mistake, instead of refunding your $495 I accidentally deposited 4,950.00 or 49,500 how ever much is in the vic's account.
they then plead with you to help not get fired and ask you to return the excess amount.
your screen shows the excess, their screen shows what is really in your account.
