CA woman apparently washed a jacket that had a 26m winning lottery ticket, apparently the store video of her buying it is not enough evidence...

like sure, we all photocopy the front and back of every ticket we buy...sure maybe if we know its the winner, I'd have a notary make copies and certify them...
