murders start. Well actually just one when the nice old lady who takes picture of plants (like birdwatching but for plants) ends up dead.
Turns out there was another death in this small village in the last few years via an accidental shooting, sure why not?
We've got weird ass mortician, neighbors spying on each other, affairs, blackmail. Then the murders really start. This thing has higher per minute body count than most slasher films I've seen.
We've got a creepy rich old guy who's going to marry the girl who was his ward and that's not even the creepiest relationship in this episode.
I will be seriously impressed if this somehow manages to keep up that type of craziness for just this first season, much less the 22 seasons that apparently exist.
Oh and Emily Mortimer is in this episode so that's fun to see a familiar face
