I'm very lucky that he has spent 15 years hugging me because it made for easy identification that he wasn't feeling well.

We'll know more in a few days, but that's the oncologist who worked miracles with Tamara. He described JJ's lymphoma as "very treatable."
We didn't have to do chemo, as he felt pills would have worked just as effectively. However, chemo can wipe out everything right now if everything goes well.
Even if not, we'll roll back to the pill treatment. He's much stronger than the doctor had expected based on his bloodwork and isn't presenting like a sick patient.
We have a LOT more hope today than we did when we got this news...on our 16th anniversary.
