I was surprised they dropped so quickly. I figured 6/1 for outside and 7/1 for inside mandates was probably pushing it.

Obviously the CDC didn’t tell anyone before doing it given the state and city scramble that happened afterwards. I think that agency needs a good scrubbing at this point.
