I would do one outdoors. I feel safe enough in that circumstance. Now is it a good idea generally because not everyone is vaxxed? Probably not yet.

In Chicago for outdoor festivals they are requiring proof of vaccination or negative PCR test (within 3 days of entry). I think that works if they really police it.
