B2: Rollo, would that be a "safety net" of recruiting prospects?

It seems like the idea would be the go all in a 3 guys since that's all you can bring in.

After that, scatter a lot of points (and maybe some scholarship offers) among guys you find interesting on week 1 to get the bonus for each. These are guys that can fill in for one of the top 3 in case you lose out on your top prospects.

Later on dedicate more to particular reserve guys as the recruiting picture becomes clearer.

Does that sound like the gist of it?

That's the gist indeed ... Dano's strategy is good because it saves ammo for late season pushes on guys but he's giving up the bonus he would get by - rollo May 18, 09:50
