prejudices around this topic. I actually like everything you said there as the lessons around those topics speak directly to the stereotypical assumptions people are making about the two characters. That says more about the people making those assumptions about their gender, sexuality, etc. Probably a better lesson than any overt gay characters on Sesame Street would ever make.
