3rd party processors are like some lady who does the insurance forms for the healthcare providers from her home.

my friend the rose was a preferred provider massage therapist for several insurance companies. she said she spent as much time processing the forms as she did rubbing down teh patients. ever time she tried hiring someone to do it they'd fvck it up so much it would take 3 months to catch up and get paid.
when she closed her biz (she got a masters in counseling and now just talks to people to calm them down and the state does the paperwork) I got a dozen file crates of papers to burn. she couldn't take them to a shredder or she'd have to open each one remove the metal clamps/clips etc.
