I can't fathom a system where you could in theory win 59-1 and not get something passed. 54-35 is 60%+. How is that *STILL* not enough? -- nm

option 2 is the only viable option. Option 1 would just be a repeat of last week. And options 3 and 4 will accomplish zilch.
