I don't know if her co-workers were pranking her, but I feel this sales person I just met with was unprepared for me.

I had questions. She did not have answers. Call ended in 12 minutes with "Let me get back to you on the questions you have." I've been using these tools for over a decade. She looked like she was just out of college and close to tears.

I don't mind her having wasted my time. But I am upset at the platitudes they must serve up to my peers who take the bait, hook-line-and-sinker, without getting any substantial understanding of what the product can - or cannot - do. This is how you sell your product? And people actually commit 10s-of-thousands of dollars to you based on this?
