Someone probably faked a vaccination card, but it could be that a kid got it.

Especially if the people that tested positive had a kid or were with someone who does.

It is possible that between the time a kid tested negative and they boarded the cruise they went out somewhere and got Covid. Then it made it to the people that tested positive.

Or someone didn't have the proper paperwork and hassled the person checking enough that they let them through.

There was also no mention of pre-boarding testing. I guess it's possible that those two are part of the unlucky 5 percent or so and had it when they boarded or caught it from someone else who was part of that unlucky group.
