Mostly because the right is insisting on a very restrictive list of harder to get IDs. Excluding student ID and utility bill type ID.

The left was never about not identifying a voter, but making sure voters had access to a wide array of ways to provide that identification.
Precisely because individual voter fraud is vanishingly rare.
