It really depends on if they value experience, want to provide redemption, and don’t want to deal with college kids’ schedule changes.

Fortunately, my interview at my old store is one-on-one with people who already know me. That’s more of a “convince us you’re worth bringing back” debate which I feel more confident in.

But yeah, eff group interviews. Especially a dozen candidates at a time.
