Some thoughts - most it's whether states are "tapped out"

There's a mix of factors. And at this point it's state by state. Certain states are just truly done, and no one else is getting vaccinated. Many of the southern states have truly been tapped out.
The uptick I think is due to younger people getting the vaccine. Youth in some states (predominantly norther/blue states) are helping out the numbers.
