I still see the majority of people wearing masks at places like grocery stores and Target. Mask behavior at restaurants has been kind of interesting

Staff wearing masks. Pretty much all the customers walking in are masked. Varying amount of times to take off masks ranging from the moment of being seating to being served.
There's also people waiting for to go orders who tend to stay masked the whole time.
