I tend to wear masks that don't slip over the ear but instead use a pair of ties to secure as going an extended time for the over the ear type masks, I've just never adjusted to. So more comfortable but I can't quickly just slip on mask so I tend to wear my mask pretty much the entire time I'm in the building with the exception of while I'm eating lunch in my office.

In shared work spaces, pretty much everybody is masked as there's unvaccinated people present. Some of the people in offices are generally un-maksed but have their masks at the ready if they have to out to the production or test areas.
