Where is the rest of the tree?

No, really.
Unfortunately, there's no floor by floor, floor plan so I'm not clear as to what's above the kitchen but the best I can see, there's not a corresponding tree in any of the other pictures.
Is it that tree that to me seems to be in front of the first exterior shot that partially obscures the section of the house that's only a single story?
