If your intention is to share a link that plays the video easily, Vimeo and YouTube are the best.

If you want to share just the files and they're not too big, any Cloud storage (like Dropbox) will be fine, just make sure you send a download link rather than share the folder with other users. Otherwise it requires an account and uses part of their storage. Wetransfer is also very simple and creates a super simple download link for anyone.

If you want to share a lot of big files, then it gets more complicated. Few services will let you share big files for free.
