Anecdotally, the real estate agent who acted like we'd be lucky to buy a home over the next year has changed her tune.

This is two days this week where she messaged us about homes available right now.
In mid-April, she was telling us about an 18-month waiting list.
So, the hot housing market has definitely cooled locally.
