The Tappen Zee bridge replacement (I-87 bridge over the Hudson) is now the Mario Cuomo Bridge

The Triboro Bridge, which has been around since the Depression, is now the RFK bridge

The Queensboro 59th St Bridge which was completed in *1909* got renamed for Ed Koch a few years ago.
