That IM just exactly why I hesitate dealing with UHaul, Penske. Even corporate car rentals. And I do take my own pictures. -- (edited)

Ive had that. Or just the rep taking 20 minutes to inspect my return before refund of deposit.
It just takes running into the wrong person on the wrong day for a deal like that to cost way too much
