I've done the mobile pickup before and yes, the phone thing (from what I remember) was a bit confusing, or had to be changed, or something.
I thought the mobile pickup had to take pictures as well BEFORE driving off, but maybe that was on the after hours drop off.
I'll definitely take pics from now on though.
