$1 has value; 1 chocolate bar has calories and such.

one vote given becuase it's expected to be given doesn't have any outcome in 99.9999999% of cases except time spent.

I don't vote becuase I don't feel them worthy. If others actually treated their votes as prizes to be earned instead of expected to be given away to the lesser of two evils, maybe it would change.
