Air Canada’s bending over backwards for a flight attendant that appears to have gone on a power trip the last time he was on one of their planes. Of course - and as pointed out in the video - you can’t really expect this kind of exceptional service every time. I’m more interested in why the flight attendant on the last flight reacted the way they did and, to a lesser extent, how Air Canada is going to change their training so that it doesn’t happen again. I mean, is there literally going to be a flight attendant training seminar on how to deal with YouTube vloggers when they get on your plane?
