we are surrounded by block parties, fireworks are allowed, and folks get illegal stuff from the many indian res/stores

I mean in CA they didn't allow for mortar shells, we can have 2 or 3 inch ones which is a quarter of what stadium displays feature.

but it starts a week early, builds to a crescendo on the 4th, encore on the 5th and there's some punks who keep popping shit for a week

I love fireworks, but hated the Fourth in Seattle. People set of fireworks all over and across streets. Hell if you bike. Had to dodge Roman candles. The cats freaked. -- nm* - . Jul 4, 23:27 1
