female US cabinet member, I believe. The Haaland name is big in my precise hometown area. Btw, a well-known, young lawyer in my hometown is actually called Bachmannn - that is a family name, there, but likely of continental origin. The infamous Michele Bachmann was born Amble, which sounds distinctly Norwegian and is traceable as a place name.
Btw, Hilton is an old farm-name just northeast of Oslo - on the other side of the city's large, forested area.)
