Heh. For reference, São Paulo is about 10% less populated and our best 7-day average for the past year is near where Tokyo is right now.

We are still hovering around 3k+ new cases daily, and that's with only 5 confirmed Delta cases.
Still, even now our local authorities are planning to open things up soon.
TLDR, things suck here.
