Why are you so bad at your job?

Been haggling back and forth with a vendor's support team about an issue for a couple of weeks. Finally secured a meeting with a director this morning. My request has always been simple: SHOW ME THAT IT'S FIXED.

So he shared his screen, followed the process, and presto... it's broken. Thank you. Call me when it's actually fixed.
