Excel Question

I need Excel Help.

I have one column with a single entry. I have the column next (column 2) to it with multiple entries.

How to I delimit out so the multiple entries in Column 2 are broken out but I retain the single entry in Column 1?

Even if I break out Column 2 into multiple rows and Column 1 with the single entry in one row and blanks in all other corresponding rows - that's fine. I'm looking to pivot this out.

Also, hope all is well.
