(the reason I say copy to the last column is that I don't know how many values you have in column 2.)

If you have at max two values, you could just insert a column 3 and to Text to Columns on column 2. But if you have five, or ten, or whatever number of values in column 2, Text to Column will just split them on the delimiter and add them to columns to the right.
