... however, I also don't think it's entirely possible to rehabilitate some people.

I mean, imagine the exit questionnaire?

"DO YOU PLAN TO KILL AGAIN (CIRCLE ONE) YES / NO"

There's just no way to tell. :)

- Pleading guilty shows you are on your way to rehabilitation (not guaranteed in every case, of course). That's why it results in lighter sentences. -- nm - con_carne Jun 30, 11:47
