Fine, I'll do it myself. I am starting a band called The RAZRs and our first song will be a cover of "Boys of Summer". I just need the following:

1 more Hurdygurdyist on standby, just in case the first one bails, which I don't know if you know this, but Hurdygurdyists are notorious for pulling crap like this.

3 ethnically ambiguous back up singers
1 Recording Studio
1 Merch Specialist
1 Hype Man
You'll notice I don't need a lead singer. Anyone starting a band who doesn't already have Diva locked in as lead singer is not worth their salt as a Band Organizer. Also Band Organizer is not a real job.
