I'm doing pretty good so far but I have moments when I just need something sweet and I grab a cookie which I'd rather not do at all.

That's what I've been trying to do lately. Cantaloupe is my favorite and in season so I'm eating that a lot right now.

Ha! Nice! I cut the cantaloupe in half and eat a half at a time. Just scoop in with a spoon and enjoy. :-) -- nm

Also, if you don't mind cooking, it is pretty easy to make sugar substituted cookies. I go so far as to make "4 ingredient" PB cookies
