I would've dipped into the C range, but Pugh and Harbour just saved it. (spoilers)

Which makes me even more annoyed that Red Guardian didn't get a proper payoff fight where he gets to show that, despite his age and his gut, he can still take down another super. Maybe not Crimson Dynamo, but one of the other Winter Guard, like Ursa Major. David Harbour wrestling a CGI bear... how did this not happen?
