I'm doing pretty good so far but I have moments when I just need something sweet and I grab a cookie which I'd rather not do at all.

My plan is to limit my sugar as much as possible but I'm going to be honest with myself in saying it will be a slow process.
Right now I'm not eating it much but I have days where I snap and eat cookies and candy.
I'll likely cut out most of the junk food minus ice cream. That's the snack I'm going to allow myself while eliminating all others, if possible.
