Also, if you don't mind cooking, it is pretty easy to make sugar substituted cookies. I go so far as to make "4 ingredient" PB cookies

Swerve (artificial sugar)

Egg
I also add sugar free (Lily's) dark chocolate chips and they do a good job of substituting for my need for cookies. I have some other options I make also for different desert cravings (peach cobbler, key lime cheesecake bars, and a kind of "muddy buddy" alternative)
