That's what I've been trying to do lately. Cantaloupe is my favorite and in season so I'm eating that a lot right now.

I try and eat some fruit every day but I'm not yet at the point where if I have a craving for sugar that eating a piece of fruit satisfies me completely. I may never get there but it's a work in progress.
And talking about this makes me remember that I need to get a big box of raisins.
