why compromise enjoying the dream job with any further work at the old job? move on ... unless they make you an offer you can't refuse and you feel like you owe it to them? but even then ... I'd be so tempted to think in my head "no way suckerssss" as I said out loud - "thanks but no thanks, and all the best".
never slam the door on your way out - leave on good terms - avoid that karma hit
