as the big leagues have started their preseasons, so all of those players have gone to join their teams.

so are more affected by this than others, but still, why is that a thing?

I think it might have been a timing issue this year, because of COVID, iinm FIFA usually requires that clubs release players for marquee confederation tournaments. -- (edited) - znufrii Jul 19, 12:03 1
