Capacity was 15 lbs or a one time load of 25 lbs (that would pretty much kill the truck). LAPD estimated 16.5 lbs. They actually loaded 42 lbs. -- nm

even if they had loaded it correctly, the insanity of driving a bomb truck into the middle of a neighborhood to detonate can't be overlooked -- nm

even if I accept that it was necessary, I can't believe that only 16 of the 32,000 pounds was so unstable that it had to be detonated.
