The common strategy is to pick 2-3 stud recruits and put max recruiting points and scholarships on them. You don’t really know until week 3.

I go with three maxed recruits and then put one radar point on several other recruits. You are kind of recruiting mostly blind until the “reveal” after week three. At that point you will know who else is recruiting the same players as you and which of your radars you can go after and win.
