Video can help for body language cues but if a meeting is over 30 minutes I think it's unfair to expect a camera to be on you at all times.

Most of our 90 minute meetings are two people are talking for an hour and then the other ten of us have 2 minute reports at the end. If you're going to boor me that long, I'm going to start yawning on camera.
