I don't think the guy running things agrees to a deal like that. It would tie him for highest paid person who isn't a part timer like Cena or Brock.
His next contract could easily be his last. He reportedly wants to work other places like NJPW. NJPW wouldn't go exclusive with WWE, nor should they. At AEW he could wrestle almost anywhere that isn't WWE. That (among other things) may be more important to him than a large payday, especially one that can be canceled at any time for no reason.
